A South LA youth marching band led Multathletes to the Watts Labor Community Action Committee’s service center, where WLCAC’s President Tim Watkins met them. Honoring him with a plaque for his dedicated work to uphold the principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights were representatives of Youth for Human Rights.
